Description
Delicious rich homemade ice cream for the sweet tooth and lovers of everything natural! The base mixture is the classic ice cream sundae. It itself is very tasty - nuts, grated chocolate or jam. When I want something special I make creme brulee.

Cooking
First make a basic ice cream sundae. Cream and milk mixed in a saucepan and heated to boiling (do not boil, just warm up very well, and then it turns out ice cream the taste of boiled milk).
Eggs, beat, add the sugar and whisk for a few minutes.
Pour the hot mixture cream+milk in whipped with sugar and eggs (I pour in, and this time whipped with a mixer).
Next, put the mixture on fire and already heated to a boil. The mixture is very foamy and closer to a boil and begins to thicken. If the mixture becomes flakes (i.e., fold), do not worry, it can beat again. If now the mixture be cooled to 8-10 degrees, our base for creamy ice cream ready.
But we are doing creme brulee. To prepare creme brulee in the basic recipe to decrease the amount of sugar in half, because here we make the caramel. 50 grams of sugar pour into the pan and add 2 tbsp water.
Included a medium heat, the sugar dissolves in the water, constantly stir.
Boil the mixture. A couple of minutes the mixture will start to brown and smoke.
That's when it just starts to smoke intensely, we remove our caramel from heat and immediately pour in the base mixture of creamy ice-cream (which is still very hot) and intensively stir (I whisk it with a mixer).
Then greatly cooled the mixture to 8-10 degrees and pour in the ice cream parlor. It is a mixture after 5 minutes after turning the ice cream freezer.
