Cooking
For dessert cooking we need: cereal traditional "Hercules" from "Mistral" brown sugar "Demerara" from "Mistral".
Also, take any nuts (I had walnuts and almonds) and sunflower seeds, dried on a dry pan, grind.
Mix oatmeal and brown Demerara sugar from "Mistral" (1 tbsp), chopped nuts, sunflower seeds, chopped dry dates and dry ginger powder.
Take the apples and remove the core using any convenient fixture. The maximum out of Apple, but do not violate its integrity outside.
Take any convenient form for baking. I took a portion of the glass molds. Pour on the bottom a little water. Put an Apple inside it and pour with a spoon the dry mixture of cereal, sugar and nuts.
Pour on top the mixture with lemon juice and sprinkle with Demerara brown sugar from "Mistral" (1 tbsp.) It will give the dessert a caramel flavor when baking. Put in oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. The time depends on the varieties of apples, their size (mine were very large). Also it depends on whether you like apples with the "raw" or "boiled". Oatmeal from "Mistral" will be ready in any case, especially because they do not require cooking at all.
I define the readiness of the apples when they "get old" in appearance, will shrink, will crack, will clearly change color.
Dessert can be served both hot and cold for Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. It will appeal to children and adults. Bon appetit! All the best to You!
