I again to You with the recipe for treats, with a long history. Interestingly, the first mention of the word "Flapjack" is found in the 17th century in Shakespeare's play "Pericles". Flapjack is a granola bar, traditionally containing maple syrup, brown sugar, nuts and dried fruits. Maple syrup can be replaced with molasses or honey and nuts and dried fruits to vary as desired.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    80 g

  • Maple syrup

    100 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

Cooking
