Cooking
The cooking time is indicated without time freezing the cake. Clear orange, kiwi, cherry free from seeds.

Divide the cream into three parts.
In each part add fruit purees. Get three multi-coloured mass.
In the silicone form put red mashed potatoes, put in the freezer. Allow to freeze. The second layer to put the yellow puree. Allow to freeze. The top layer spread the green puree. To put it in the freezer overnight.
Put the ice-cream cake from the mold.
Decorate with melted chocolate.
