Cooking
First, let us cheese balls: cheese, 3 chicken egg yolk, coconut and starch 3 tablespoons, mix in one bowl
Then add 70 g of sugar, I used generic brown sugar TM "Mistral", and stir until smooth. Proteins put in the refrigerator, you will need it later
With wet hands, form balls and place them in a baking dish cake. I split, just in case, oiled it with butter and sprinkled with flour. To defer until the side.
Now prepare the dough. We will need 5 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with 50 g of brown sugar and vanilla
Chocolate melt in a water bath, adding 2 tablespoons of cream. Add the liquid chocolate to the yolks, mix well immediately.
Five protein shake with 100 g of sugar to stable peaks. Gently mix the whites with the yolk-chocolate.
Now I mixed the sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and starch. Then the resulting mass pour a trickle of protein and yolk mass, while continuing to gently mix. The dough is ready. Put it on top of the cheese balls. Form I had a too large diameter, I did not realize, so the test was not enough. When you cook, choose for this case a suitable form or prepare more dough. Bake in preheated oven to 180 C, 30-40 minutes on average
Now prepare the meringue. Again we will need 200 g brown sugar TM "Mistral". Cook syrup from sugar and water. Boil for a few minutes.
While the syrup cooks, whisk the whites to peaks. Continuing to whisk - pour it into the hot syrup. Add the lemon juice. In a few minutes we would get what we wanted — a dense, smooth and steady supply, which can be used for other purposes.
Now we decorate our finished cake. Send chocolate cake in a preheated 140 degree oven for 5 – 7 minutes.
Here and ready! Tasty, sweet and kind of beautiful!
