Elmalı tatly. Apples with honey, but in a thin dough will decorate any tea party! A simple dessert that will not take much time.

Cooking
Clean the Apple peel and seeds, grate on a coarse grater. If the juicy Apple and remove excess juice. To Apple add honey, cinnamon. Mix well.
Phyllo dough (yufka, a) oil+water (1:1). Cut neatly into triangles.
On each triangle put the filling. And rolling the dough by grabbing the edge. To not turned roll, the tip is also slightly lubricated with water and squeeze lightly.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 deg. 25 minutes.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
