Soup of sauerkraut in a slow cooker
I love soup and my slow cooker)) to Prepare it often, as I work a lot and come home late, it turns quickly and most importantly DELICIOUS! Try to cook my recipes and maybe you, too, love soup and the slow cooker)

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Sauerkraut

    300 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Wash the meat and cut into random pieces (I used pork - ham). Throw in the slow cooker and turn on the mode "Frying" (or "Baking") for 15 minutes. Oil I added, as the meat with enough juice.

While fried meat, peel the onion, cut arbitrarily and throw in the slow cooker to the meat. Stir and doing further preparation of the vegetables.

Potatoes wash, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Carrots cut into cubes (it tastes better than rubbing on a grater).

It's been 15 minutes and just ended mode "Frying", we report in the slow cooker the remaining ingredients: Cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Salt, pepper, I add fragrant seasoning bought in bulk on the market for soups.

Topped up with water. Quantity depends on preference (thicker/thinner). I poured to the level of 3 liters (average). And turn on the "Soup" at 120 min (can be mode "Stewing"). 10 min. before the end of the regime you can throw a Bay leaf.
