Now is the season of eggplant in our family love them very much. Only we neither of them cook! These eggplant rolls are among the most favourite! Spicy-spicy stuffing with cheese, garlic and cheese goes well with fried eggplant! Very tasty!

Cooking
Aubergines cut along the thin slices.
Pour soy sauce and leave for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling. In curd add the egg.
Chopped garlic and herbs.
All mix well, sprinkle with salt.
Eggplant fry with oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
Spread on paper towel to remove excess fat.
On the wide part of the strips of eggplant put 1 tsp cheese filling.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
