Brisket baked
Our family is very fond of brisket. I cook it every time experimenting. For New year I made her this recipe, which we liked. Ready to eat for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brisket turns out tasty and juicy. Try.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    1 kg

  • Adjika

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Rinse brisket, Pat dry with paper towel and place on foil.

Thoroughly coat ribs on all sides first with salt, then cheese and top with the broken Bay leaf.

Wrap the brisket with foil and leave to marinate like this for 5-8 hours ( preferably overnight), the longer the better.

We then put our marinated ribs in foil on a baking sheet and put bake in the oven at 180" to 120 min. After baking, leave in foil until cool.

Deploy. So our brisket looks from the outside.
