Chocolate truffles mashed potato
No, that's not a typo. I actually used mashed potatoes to make truffles instead of heavy cream or butter. And, trust me, if you do not know, nobody can tell what they are made. This kind of "diet" option, because the calories and fat here are much lower than in the normal truffles. Besides going to need just four ingredients. And delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Mashed potatoes

    130 g

  • Chocolate milk

    130 g

First, I should say, that mashed potatoes need to take without adding seasonings, garlic, sour cream and a small amount of salt. In a small bowl to break the chocolate. To melt it in any way, stirring constantly. I did in a water bath.

When it melts completely, remove from heat and add the puree and vanilla, stir until then, until the mixture is smooth no lumps mashed. Put the mixture in the fridge for 40-50 minutes.

After 40 minutes, remove from refrigerator. Take 2/3 tablespoon of the mixture and roll between palms beads (about 14 pieces). Roll in chopped nuts, wafers, small coconut flakes, cocoa or powdered sugar and then place on a flat dish or baking sheet and chill for about an hour.

Store candy in the refrigerator (unless, of course, will be that store :)
