In Italy most popular dessert is tiramisu. I love it in all forms, and she was doing each time different options. Cookies can do with coffee or cocoa or orange juice. The decor may be different, too. Unchanged remains only the presence of mascarpone cheese and Savoiardi biscuits. Yesterday I had nothing in stock, but I decided to make tiramisu and have made it. Itself, the whole from beginning to end. Maybe not so soft turned the cheese, not like flat cookies, but the taste is, surprisingly, remained the same. Tender, sweet, delicious. And berries that lie I always have in the fridge till the next harvest, a bail out in the spring when so desired vitamins. Let's see what I got...

For mascarpone cheese yesterday I took heavy cream "Parmalat" has put them in 1 tsp of lemon juice, stir and began to warm up, but do not boil. This morning I baked biscuits "Savoiardi". For this, I whipped the whites of 3 eggs until resistant peaks, adding 70 g. sugar. Separately crushed 3 egg yolks 70g with white. sugar. Mixed them with the whites and got there 150 gr. flour.
The resulting dough through a cornet I squeezed on a baking tray "ladies ' fingers". However, they have turned out as a good man, thick, and even curves, I guess a fight broke. But it doesn't matter. Because they are still nobody else can see. And we simply cut to the desired size.

Two egg yolks beat again separately from the whites with the remaining sugar. Also separately whisk 2 protein to persistent peaks. Mix whites and yolks.
