I decided to cook for dinner lazy lasagna but didn't have the pita bread, I decided to replace the pasta. I think it would be a great substitute for pita bread and simple decision making lasagna from everyday foods.

Cooking
The cleaned tomatoes from the skin and mash them with a fork.
Melkonarezanny fry the onions in a small amount of sunflower oil until Golden brown.

Prepare the sauce "Bechamel": it is necessary to melt the butter, add flour, lightly fried and stir continuously.
A thin stream pour in milk and stir on low heat to avoid lumps. Bring the sauce to a thick cream and remove from heat.
Boil the pasta in salted water. Spread the first layer into the form/cake pan and pour the half cooked sauce.
Put the cooked mixture of meat and vegetables.
Leveled and pour the remaining sauce.
Put the lasagna in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then take out and sprinkle the top with grated cheese. You can put again in the oven for Browning or to leave like this. Bon appetit!
