Cheese and garlic beer sticks
If you really want (beer), but you can't, you can! Recipe flavored beer sticks, it should certainly please your men! Did for my husband was very happy!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Beer

    200 ml

  • Olive oil

  • Leavening agent

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mozzarella

    80 g

  • Parmesan

    20 g

  • Sauce

    100 ml

For the dough take the yeast "SAF-Moment".

All the ingredients to combine and mix with a mixer, cover with a towel. And leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. I used to kneading bread. In the bucket of the breadmaker, put the flour, salt, baking powder, olive oil, yeast "SAF-Moment".

Add room temperature beer and put the bucket in the breadmaker for kneading and rising 1 hour.
