Cheesecake in a jar of dried fruit
You will be surprised as I am when you learn that it is possible to preserve not only fruits and vegetables, but also cakes. Such cakes in jars to give as a gift or to take along to work or on a long trip... the idea of a recipe thanks to Hope.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Dried fruits

  • Dark chocolate

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until white.

2. Add the pureed cottage cheese through a sieve.

3. Put in a bowl the softened butter, vanilla and a small pinch of salt, beat with a mixer.

4. Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder.

6. Added to the batter the orange zest or lemon, stir.

7. Clean, dry jars with a volume of 0.3-0.5 l with wide neck, grease with butter, spread the dough into 1/3 of the banks — not more, otherwise the dough may rise above the neck. In each jar you can put 1-2 tbsp. of dried fruit or chocolate dropsy, gently stir.

8. Put jars on a baking sheet, covered with two layers of paper or silicone Mat. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C. the Readiness check wooden skewer.
