Cooking
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until white.
2. Add the pureed cottage cheese through a sieve.
3. Put in a bowl the softened butter, vanilla and a small pinch of salt, beat with a mixer.
4. Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
6. Added to the batter the orange zest or lemon, stir.
7. Clean, dry jars with a volume of 0.3-0.5 l with wide neck, grease with butter, spread the dough into 1/3 of the banks — not more, otherwise the dough may rise above the neck. In each jar you can put 1-2 tbsp. of dried fruit or chocolate dropsy, gently stir.
8. Put jars on a baking sheet, covered with two layers of paper or silicone Mat. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C. the Readiness check wooden skewer.
9. Roll hot banks boiled, dry lid and turn over to cool.
10. Turned out very tasty and flavorful cheesecake in a jar. Bon appetit! PS the oven temperature does not increase above 180 C. when baking Cheesecakes for a long time "sleeping", and after 25 minutes goes very fast rise. Banks take only with thick walls.
