Cooking
Chicken a good wash, soak the beans for 2-3 hours
Sliced mushrooms, onion. Chuck "dismember" into serving pieces
Grate the ginger on a coarse grater and mix well with chicken, allow to stand for 30 minutes
Passeruem onion, add the mushrooms and spices, stir deep fried a couple of minutes and add sour cream
Combine the mushrooms, chicken and beans (soaked and pre-cooked separately for about 15 minutes)stir. Turn mode "Quenching" for 45 minutes
I haven't opened in 45 minutes, and waited about an hour-just to make certain the beans were ready. It looks very good!
