Cooking
Wash rice, soak in cold water for at least an hour.
The potatoes and celeriac, peel and cut into cubes.
Onion, peel the carrot, chop finely.
Multivarka in a bowl pour sunflower oil. Put spices (cumin, kalindi, coriander), izmereny ginger root. To enable the mode "Roasting", to give the spices a bit to warm up (until fragrant). Then fry the carrots and onions. Add the rice, mix well. Three minutes to turn off frying.
In the bowl multivarki put layers: celery root, potatoes, fennel, tomatoes. Salt. Add 300 ml water.
