Description
Spring rolls (rolls) I can easily name his favorite food. Small, crunchy, with juicy fillings and different sauces, they are ideal for parties and travels quickly off the table. Cutting and wrapping will take some time, but it's worth it. If you are unable to buy the dough for spring rolls, you can substitute phyllo dough or make your own (flour, starch, salt, water – but it's not easy).

Cooking
1. Combine the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons cold water and stir. Get a thick paste, by means of which the rolls are fixed when screwing in. Put noodles in a bowl, pour boiling water, cover and leave for 3 minutes. Drain and, when cool, cut with scissors into small pieces.
2. Add the beef, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, cilantro, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
3. Cut each large sheet of dough into 4 equal squares. Cover with a towel so that the dough does not dry out. To take one little square and put in a full teaspoon of the filling closer to one edge. Lubricate the edges with starch paste.
Cover the filling part of the test.
Bend edges in the manner of an envelope.
Repeat with the remaining dough squares and filling.
