Cooking

step-0
Ingredients.
step-1
From melons squeeze the juice. For this I ran the pulp in a blender and then pressed through cheesecloth. In a pan put the sugar and pour the juice. Bring to a boil. Put the finely sliced bananas and cook for about 30 min. stirring all the time. The bananas should be completely soft after boiling and dark. For complete uniformity I ran them in a blender.
step-2
During this time, wash the raisins, chopped dried apricots, and nuts to grind. Then put in the boiled mixture, stir.
step-3
Slowly stirring pour the milk. Bring to boil and remove. Add lemon juice, mix well. Oil to dissolve in the microwave. Pour in the mixture and mix well.
step-4
The form lay a film, put the mixture, cover with film and cool. Put in the freezer until firm.
step-5
Then remove it from the mold and cut into pieces as You like. But I want to warn you that it melts much faster than just ice cream. Of course it doesn't flow, but it is better to do not very large portions. Wrap in foil or baking paper. Store in the freezer.
step-6
But you can't freeze and let stand for an hour, cut and served as dessert. Or just lay on kremanku.
