Meat baskets with vegetables and sauce
Little baskets of minced meat stuffed with vegetables. I often use the frozen mixture in the cooking, so this recipe took a"Mexican blend". Get little, tasty baskets, which are well served as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetables

    400 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Nutmeg

All the necessary ingredients.

Take ground meat (I love pork, but I think can be replaced by any other), add the egg and onion, chopped blender. It is kneaded.

Add the bread, which we previously filled with warm water, finely sliced herbs, salt, spices. Again knead well. Sent for a while in the fridge.

Mix the vegetable a little fry in the pan, add salt to taste. Allow to cool.

Prepare the sauce "Bechamel". I think all the hostess know how to cook it, I just do. Melt the oil.

Add slowly the sifted flour, stirring well, pour in warm milk, don't stop stirring to avoid lumps. On medium heat stir until begins to thicken. Add a little nutmeg, salt to taste.

Into molds spread the stuffing, making it deepen. I have shape silicone lubricated.

In deepening put two teaspoons of vegetables. The top 1-1,5 teaspoon of sauce. Put in oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cook 20-30 minutes.
