Baklava
Baklava - Oriental sweet, it's delicious! I've never made this dessert, but today we have Turkish guests and I thought, why not? After reading many recipes on the Internet and took from them the most, in my opinion, interesting and understandable, I got mixed recipe and lo and behold, it worked the first time. The guests very much, and I was very pleased.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Honey

    0.333 cup

Necessary products a Cup of water for syrup. Just want to mention that I used dough purchased from a Turkish shop.

Walnuts grind in a blender or grinder. Butter to melt.

Grease a baking sheet well with oil, I used the baking paper. Put one pastry sheet and brush it liberally with melted butter, and top with next layer and again brush with butter. So to put 6 layers, each lubricating melted butter, except the sixth.

Nuts again after 2-3 layers of dough, again paramasivam them with oil. If you have the nuts, you can do a third layer, if not, you can leave 2 of the nut layer.

The last layer of dough liberally with melted butter and cut with a sharp knife, not too deep. When the baklava will be baked in these sections will be to pour the syrup and the baklava are well saturated.

Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F, bake 40 minutes until Golden brown.

While the baklava is baking, make the syrup. In a saucepan mix water, sugar, honey and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. And cook, stirring until little thick. Hot baklava pour the hot syrup and allow it to cool down. Then the knife again for a deep pass on the cuts.
