Cooking
Necessary products a Cup of water for syrup. Just want to mention that I used dough purchased from a Turkish shop.
Walnuts grind in a blender or grinder. Butter to melt.
Grease a baking sheet well with oil, I used the baking paper. Put one pastry sheet and brush it liberally with melted butter, and top with next layer and again brush with butter. So to put 6 layers, each lubricating melted butter, except the sixth.
On the sixth layer of the test (not oiled) evenly distributed ground nuts. For the walnut layer to put another 2-3 layer of dough, promazyvaya them with melted butter, then again to the nuts (put the nuts on an ungreased sheet). Nuts again after 2-3 layers of dough, again paramasivam them with oil. If you have the nuts, you can do a third layer, if not, you can leave 2 of the nut layer.
The last layer of dough liberally with melted butter and cut with a sharp knife, not too deep. When the baklava will be baked in these sections will be to pour the syrup and the baklava are well saturated.
Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F, bake 40 minutes until Golden brown.
While the baklava is baking, make the syrup. In a saucepan mix water, sugar, honey and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. And cook, stirring until little thick. Hot baklava pour the hot syrup and allow it to cool down. Then the knife again for a deep pass on the cuts.
Voila, dessert is ready. Bon appetit!
