Cooking

step-0
You can knead the dough in the bowl just. And with the help of the harvester. I'm at the initial stage used the blender. In a bowl, mix together the cold butter, salt, starch and 30 grams of brown sugar Mistral
step-1
Add liquid honey, egg yolk, and then portions add soda and flour
step-2
Knead elastic dough
step-3
Roll out the dough into the reservoir (I do care of baking paper)
step-4
Gently transfer the dough to the form (23-24 cm). Make bumpers, trim uneven edges. The form with the dough, place in a hot oven for 20 minutes at t-200* until Golden color.
step-5
Trim the dough roll into a ball and roll out again. Arbitrarily cut into pieces. They too will need to bake (I put it in the oven with the dough directly in the form)
step-6
While baked basis, 60 grams of brown sugar will melt in a fire, thus turning it into caramel
step-7
Nuts lay on the paper and pour the hot caramel.
step-8
Cool and chop with a knife into pieces
step-9
The cake when ready let cool, spread a layer of boiled condensed milk, put up baked pieces of dough
step-10
Sour cream mix with sugar and put on top of cake using a pastry bag. (A little tip: if you have sold out of sour cream 40%, you can take a 20% sour cream, as I did. I took a clean piece of gauze, folded it in three layers, put sour cream in there and hung it on the kitchen faucet for about 3 hours - once fluid is drained, the gauze remains thick cream)
step-11
Sprinkle top of caramel with nuts. Enjoy your tea!
