Potato biscuits
Very unusual cookies made from boiled potatoes and ground almonds. The taste is fragrant and very tender. A great option when you have a home ran out of flour!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Almonds

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Almond grind in a coffee grinder, boiled potatoes skip through Mincer or grind in a blender. The softened butter vzbit with sugar, vanilla, salt and lemon zest. One by one add the eggs, then nuts and potatoes, all in a blender.

The resulting mass is spread in a square shape(I have such, no, had to put in a round) with baking paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Put the form in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Readiness check with a toothpick. Allow to cool directly in the form completely.

Then the cooled cake put on the dish and gently remove the paper, cut into squares. Biscuit is very soft and gentle.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
