Description
My family loves the dishes of minced meat: cutlets, "hedgehogs& quot; stuffed vegetables, meat dumplings, and of course, meatballs. In Ushakov's explanatory dictionary the word "meatballs&am p;quot; explains how food in the form of pellets of any meat. All true, but for me it is true that this dish is very tasty, and a filling of minced meat often depends on the country where the meatballs are prepared, and the imagination of the hostess. I recommend to try meatballs in the Italian style.

Cooking
Of these products, I'll cook the meatballs.
Onion, garlic and parsley finely I chopped. Cheese rubbed through a sieve. Whole tomatoes sliced.
Cheese rubbed on a medium grater, zest lime - in small.
On the warmed up pan half portion of butter, fry over high heat pine nuts (3 -4 minutes).
Added onion, garlic and Basil and cook until the onion has softened with continuous stirring.
In minced meat added cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lime zest, grated cheese, egg and salt. Then, onions and nuts.
All thoroughly mixed and put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
While the ground beef in the fridge, and took up tomato sauce. To do this in a saucepan put grated tomatoes (cooked itself, you can use expensive option, ie Pomito or Passata, you can dilute 1 to 2 tomato paste), chopped fresh tomatoes. Warmed, he poured the vinegar, broth (chose the mushroom because the idea side dish with mushrooms), salt.
Warmed up on weak fire, without leading up to boiling. And so he (the sauce) I have peacefully existed on the stove while I was busy with the meatballs.
In a frying pan with hot oil (remainder) portions fry the meatballs for a couple minutes on each side.
Then shift into the sauce.
And the carcass on low heat, covered for 12 - 15 minutes. That's all left to file. As a side dish I made pasta prepared with the addition of mushrooms.
