I love potatoes, every year I look forward to this season and almost eat a potato. Here to invent many do not, young potatoes are so delicious and useful in itself, it is enough just to wash it well and can be eaten straight from the peel. Cooking
Tubers it is better to take small, one size, so they cook at the same time. Wooden skewers soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Potatoes well washed.
Boil the potatoes until soft.
Onion cut into large slices and don't forget the Bay leaf.
In the oil add salt, pepper, rosemary and mix.
Strung on skewers, mixed potatoes, onion, Bay leaf, generously lubricated with spices (handy with a cooking brush).
Continue to bake potatoes until it will turn brown on the pan, on the grill, on the coals, it all depends on you cook outdoors or at home.
