Description
The first time I noticed this dish in an Italian restaurant. By the way, this restaurant is a friend of mine, who shared with me the recipe ;) I can only add - it's worth a try!! Of course, chanterelles can be completely replaced, for example, mushrooms. The paste is well sooo delicious, and the sauce is simply delicious!

Cooking
Here again the list of products - for clarity :) the Mushrooms, meat, onions and garlic already prepared. In the role of mushrooms - chanterelles. They were very small, so I cut only the ones that were a little bigger. Chop the onion, crush the garlic (best with a knife and not using a garlic crusher).
Here you can see how I cut the meat. The pieces should be very thin and in the form of strips (but not very long).
Fry the meat for 3 minutes on a small amount of olive oil.
Add onion and garlic, fry for another minute.
At the same time, you can throw the pasta (my, according to the directions from the bundle, should cook about 6-8 minutes). The water I heated in advance to not wait then until it boils.
Now back to the meat and the company. Add the wine (how much exactly, I can not say, I always add "by eye"). Now, a little flour and carefully stir, so there are no lumps. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
... and sautéing the tomatoes. Mix well, cook for another minute.
Spread cooked pasta on a plate, top generously pour the sauce. Well, not yummy right?:)
