Description
Air, moist muffins covered, I would even say refined, fragrant citrus glaze. Prepared very quickly, the dough is just extraordinary, so gentle, cool rises when baking which never seems. The recipe I was taken from the book known confectioner Alexander Seleznev, "the Bible of pastry." These muffins I presented as a gift to my twin sister Ninochka barska.

Cooking
Mix the flour, brown sugar and baking powder. Unrefined Demerara sugar TM Mistral gives the muffins a nice caramel flavor, perfectly combined with the aroma of feijoas.
Here is a mixture obtained.
In a blender mix eggs, milk, slices of peeled off skins feijoa.
Combine with flour and mix well.
Add the melted butter and knead the dough gentle.
To prepare molds for baking, brushing them with oil. I have a very flexible glass shape which gave me Nina. I sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Put the dough into the prepared form. It is better to fill forms half, because when baking the dough really rises!
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
For the glaze mix the juice of lime and orange, lime zest and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Can be slightly warmed to speed up the process.
Warm muffins covered with icing and can be treated.
