I always make 2 servings, and then just freeze the finished rolls. The dough made in the bread maker. Once all the yogurt is not add, first to 0.75 cups. The dough will be sticky but well formed into a ball. ( if by hand, mix all ingredients and knead the dough.)The dough rises for 90 minutes.
I approached the dough on a flour podpylennom table with your hands knead into a rectangle.
Cut into uniform pieces. About 6-7 pieces.
With your hands shape the rolls. A little taper.
Roll in flour and I had corn.
Spread on a baking sheet, cover with polyethylene.
