Cooking
For cooking I use rice white medium-grain, the "Japonica" from the Mistral.
The rice for the rolls prepared according to this recipe: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/861 21/. The gas station did in this ratio: 2 cups uncooked rice, add 5 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. We will need 250-300 g of prepared boiled rice with a dressing of rice vinegar, sugar and salt (depends on the diameter of rice paper).
Peeled shrimp on skewers to throw in boiling salted water with a slice of lemon. Once the water again comes to a boil, place shrimp in cold water for a few minutes, then spread on a dish.
Cut into thin julienne strip of cucumber, the core and the seeds do not use.
With wet hands, spread rice on the nori sheet.
The center put the filling: cucumbers and peeled shrimp. If you like witty, then the nori sheet you can apply a paste of wasabi.
Clean avocado from the peel, cut in half, remove the stone. Half cut into thin slices.
Twist the roll a round shape using a bamboo Mat (pre-wrapped it in cling film!). Spread the avocado slices overlapping over the entire length of the roll. Wrap the roll with avocado in plastic wrap.
Slice the roll into 8 equal parts (1 serving). Remove foil, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
