Cooking
I used beans from the company Mistral "Pinto". For cooking any dry beans, not canned replace it. Taste and texture are not what you need.
Pre-soak the beans for 4-8 hours (preferably overnight), then pour fresh water and cook until tender beans. When the beans is cooked, tilt it in a colander, let cool.
Finely chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater. In a pan heat the vegetable oil and sauté carrots and onions until Golden brown onions.
Eggs hard boil, cool, grate on a fine grater. Greens cut. Add fried onions and carrots, stir, add salt - the filling is ready.
Beans and walnuts mince, or blend in a blender until smooth.
Add softened butter, pepper, salt.
On the table spread plastic wrap. Put bean-walnut ground and form a rectangle.
With the help of film roll into a tight roll and put in refrigerator to cool.
When serving, decorate with green leaves and halves of walnuts
