Chicken breast in a creamy vegetable sauce
For those who prefer the evening light meat, offer the option of dinner. The sauce makes this dish unforgettable. For those who like hearty, you can add a rice side dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

Cooking

For vegetable sauce, we'll need this kit.

Finely chop the peeled onions and garlic. In a saucepan, heat the butter and stew until transparent.

Add chicken broth or water, ground sweet paprika.

Add the vegetables, cut into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

Lay in a pan the washed chicken Breasts (number of portions), salt and pepper them (I use white pepper). Cook under a lid for 20-25 minutes.

Breast is ready take out in a separate plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Submersible blender to blend the vegetables.

Add creme fraiche or thick cream.

Enjoy incised chicken breast cooked in a creamy vegetable sauce. Optional - serve with a side dish (in my family there were 2 interested). Bon appetit!
