A fairly quick and easy dish. And this sauce I love most to fish, it is simple, but at the same time if it is to complement for the occasion to serve.
Cooking
Broccoli steam for 10 min. (or boil). Fish cut into small pieces. Cook the sauce: melt the butter, to it add the flour gradually, stirring constantly, pour the cream. Bring to a boil, add salt, spices, remove from heat. The sauce is as thick as mayonnaise. At the bottom of the molds spread the broccoli, top with fish, cover with the sauce.
