Zucchini stuffed
In the summer on our beds, on the market a lot of zucchini. Zucchini fried, steamed, pancakes, eggs... know fly. Let them Turkey-baste and cook?) (Guys, I'm fast in the kitchen, so cooking time may vary depending on your speed)

First, we boil the rice. Cook until soft. Peel onions, carrots, mushrooms. Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a grater, finely cut mushrooms. Stir carrots, onions and mushrooms and fry in sunflower oil.
