Cold beet
Very tasty, healthy appetizer salad. Cook quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Beets

    1 kg

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

Beets clean.

Grate on a coarse grater.

Fold the beets in a saucepan, pour a little water and simmer for 20 minutes. Then put salt, pepper, Bay leaves, squeeze the garlic, add oil and tomato paste. Mix well. And simmer for another 10 minutes. Cool, store in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
