On the website there is one Bulgarian pie, but my recipe differs from it. Cook it a pleasure: the dough is very plastic, aromatic due to the presence of a dill, but filling tender, salty with pleasant notes of pepper. And the shading gives the cake an unusual softness. Cooking
From flour, yeast, 3 eggs, salt, sugar, dill and water knead the dough. I have entrusted the matter to his assistant - the bread maker.
After the beep of the bread machine get this dough. Abenaim it well, spread in greased Cup, cover with film and put on 40 minutes in a warm place to rise.
While suitable dough, make the filling: cut into cubes pepper, cheese, add green onions. If necessary doselevel and pepper. I have the cheese was bland, so I salted. Stir and put aside.
Divide it into 5 equal parts
Each part is rolled (diameter approximately 22 cm), greased with melted butter and divide the stuffing into 5 parts, spread on the cake. Turn the cake roll.
