This stuffing got me interested a few years ago. Flashed it in some cooking magazine, just before Easter, in the product from leavened dough. And now, finally, having found only one recipe on a German site, I decided to try it out on Reflection, made a few changes and was pleased with the result! I think you have enough courage to bake anything with all that filling!

Cooking
The gifts of nature. I have a very sweet dried apricots from Uzbekistan.
Carrots to grate as fine as possible (I have a little big). Put out a couple of minutes in butter. Add the honey and to put out.
Chop the dried apricots (you can use a blender). Grate the zest from one orange. Add the apricots to the carrot and squeeze the juice of 1 orange. Stir and stew under a lid on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Juice 2nd orange pour raisins. To add to the main mixture along with the juice, even. Add the calcined crushed nuts and sesame seeds. Stir and saute a couple of minutes. You get quite a dense, homogeneous mass. If it seems dry, add a little orange juice. This is the basic recipe.
It seemed to me that the weight is sweet, and I added 2 finely grated Apple, put out all together. It all depends on the sweetness of the apricots and the carrots. Therefore, the amount of honey and adjust. But in cold, the filling is not as sweet as in hot!
Famila in the form of a strudel. Scissors made the cuts to come out pairs. Bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees. 10 minutes until cooked smeared with a mixture of egg yolk with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
