Cooking
Yeast dough for tarts, I cook according to the recipe "Bread from Ticino" of Larocca (larik_malasha) http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/57326/. Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add warm water and knead "bun", add the vegetable/olive oil and knead well (I added more flour, it depends on the quality and grinding).
Close the bowl with the dough with cling film (bonding gum)! I first read Larocca and confess that the "greenhouse effect" still gave a wonderful way to show!
After 2 hours here is the increase in volume!!!
For the filling: chop the onion half-rings,
...and saute until clear in oil.
Smoked fish (without bones), I - trout, cut into small pieces.
Apple peel, core and cut into thin slices.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Coming up the dough again to press down and divide into 4 parts.
Molds lubricated with oil.
Spread the dough over the cups, pressing to well walls.
Put on the dough fried onions, and top with smoked fish.
The fish, put slices of Apple and sprinkle with your favorite herbs (mine is olive).
Stuffing a little push inside. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake tarts in preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
