Sour cream sauce with white mushrooms
Dad brought it home from the forest adorable mushrooms! They would picture to write! But... I made them from a thick and flavorful sauce that can be a delicious addition to many dishes. Today, I have a semolina gnocchi.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    370 ml

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Pepper white

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Green onions

Cooking

In a pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter, put coarsely chopped mushrooms and fry them slightly, without covering the pan with a lid.

Onions finely chop, add to the mushrooms, continue to fry, uncovered, until the onions are translucent, then cover the pan with a lid and cook under a lid for 10 minutes on low heat.

Spread mushrooms and onions on a plate, wipe the pan with paper towel and return to fire.

Melt remaining butter (1 tablespoon), add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix fast. Constantly stirring, saute the flour until light Golden brown. Then, without stopping the stirring, gradually pour in the vegetable broth, add white pepper, nutmeg, soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. During this time, the mixture is not very thick.

While cooking liquid is the basis of the sauce, prepare the sour cream and cream.

Spread in the pan previously sauteed mushrooms and onions, add the cream and sour cream. Carefully mix everything until smooth. Simmer under lid on low fire for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce is ready. Store it under cover in a warm before serving.

For Manne the gnocchi: in a saucepan boil milk with a pinch of salt. A thin stream add milk to the semolina, stirring constantly, and cook until thick... to thick very strong! Perhaps even the barley is not time to fully boil, but it's not terrible, completely cook the gnocchi in boiling water.

Give the basis to cool slightly, then add the egg. Stir the mass until smooth and with the help of two teaspoons formable gnocchi. Bring to a boil enough water with a pinch of salt. Put in boiling water for gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes (note after the gnocchi will start to float).

Serve the dish in Palocco, laying out a generous portion of creamy mushroom sauce and top with a few pieces of gnocchi. Sprinkle chopped green onions and serve immediately.
