Indian biscuits
For the competition "Silver Line to the delight of children as" an extraordinary delicious cookies we found online, but made their little changes. (From chef Aron-Space is of Indian biscuits Alice Gajah, but our recipes are different). To make this delicate pastry a necessary minimum of products.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    80 g

  • Vanilla

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    100 g

Cooking

Melted the butter and combined with vegetable oil.

Now add the powdered sugar added vanilla. Stir up, and here came the monkey :-). Mix well.

Now add the flour. I slipped a little. Flour need so much to make our dough does not stick to hands, but did not dry. I went first, 100 g, but then I have 10-15 grams of added.
