Sour cream

My apples,cut in half and cut out the core
Mix cottage cheese,egg,1 tsp sour cream,sugar(to taste),vanilla,raisins
Stuffed with our apples.Top lubricated sour cream and decorate with nuts.Put into the oven for 15-20 min.
