Cake
A very simple cake, prepared without eggs. Is baked in the pan.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Milk

    3 cup

Mix sour cream, sugar, butter (softened), baking soda and salt.

Add the flour and knead the dough. Leave for half an hour.

Then divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out to a thickness of 3 mm.

Bake on a pre heated pan on both sides. Just flip carefully, otherwise cakes might go wrong. As the cake is ready, cut a circle. The remains crumble.

Make the cream: mix in a saucepan the flour with 1/2 Cup milk, add sugar and 2,5 tbsp. milk. Cook until thick, stirring all the time.

Hot cream to coat cakes. In the remaining cream add 2/3 of the crumbled cakes and mix.

Coat the edges of the cake and decorate with remaining crumbs. Leave overnight to soak.
