This recipe I found in a cooking magazine and decided to try it. The experience was a success! Share with all those cookies are simply divine. Very unusual taste and an amazing delicate shortbread dough! All my pleasure, literally, in minutes.

Cooking
Make shortcrust pastry. The flour grind the margarine, add the baking powder, and salt. Should get a small crumb
Then add sugar and slightly beaten eggs.
Now bred in 1 tbsp water 1 tsp instant coffee added in there and knead the dough. Gotta do this quickly so that the margarine does not have time to melt. (Shortcrust pastry likes the cold, so I held it in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. If time allows, it is better - more). Take out the dough and divide into 16 pieces, form balls. Put to heat up the oven at 220 degrees.
A little replusive and make each a small indentation with your finger. Spread on a greased baking sheet at a great distance from each other (they increase). In each recess pour 1 tsp. of honey. Importantly, without a slide, otherwise the honey can flow out and burn.
Put the cookies in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes only. They will become soft and slightly Golden, with a delicious crust.
