Pear in Macedonian
This recipe has long been lying in my recipe book, could not cook. And in vain, because in a matter of minutes makes a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pear

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

In icing sugar squeeze lemon juice, stir until a syrup. I previously removed the lemon zest, which is then used for decoration.

Pour syrup and decorate as desired. I used cocktail cherries.

Then I remembered the zest and sprinkle it pear. It turns out very tasty. The combination of sweet and sour - very tasty! Bon appetit!
