Shrimp in garlic sauce
Simple and surprisingly tasty dish of Italian cuisine. Makes a wonderful addition to pasta.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    400 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Tomatoes incise, scald, remove the skins. Garlic finely chop, add salt and pepper

Peeled tomatoes cut into cubes, garlic add the white wine. Connect. The sauce is ready.

Pour tomato-wine-garlic sauce. Add the Bay leaf.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
