Cook the beets (put beets in cold water and boil an hour or 2 periodically by piercing with a knife - if the knife easily enters in Svetlina - ready). Pour the boiling water, pour the beets for a while cold water will be softer and easier to clean. Just do not leave for a long time - all the juice in the water will go. Peel beets, grate on a coarse grater, allow to drain excess juice.
Finely chop the pickled cucumbers (I peel the skin)
Stir mayonnaise with garlic. That is garlic grind in any way (grated, in daville), mix with mayonnaise and dressed with beets. Because lettuce loves to make juice in advance, it is better not to refuel.
