Spicy carrots in Korean at home

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Parsley

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Carrots to grate on the grater.

Add vinegar.

Squeeze the garlic.

Add seasonings (to taste).

Onions cut into thin half-rings.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

While fried onions, grate the cucumber on the same as Ter carrots.

Add to carrots, stir.

Add the fried onions, mix thoroughly and leave for about 3 hours.
