The recipe for THEIR pancakes every home owner, but I will give her. So, in a liter of milk, add 3 eggs.

Immediately stir with a spatula or fork so that the egg is well distributed across the contents of the pans.
You can prepare the sauce. Finely dice fresh cucumber. Finely chop the greens.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper and mustard.
Mix well. The sauce is ready.
In the middle of a pancake put the stuffing.
The formed bags (you can put a feather green onions or herbs), and serve with sauce. BON APPETIT!!!
