Cottage cheese dessert
Someone tell me again casserole, but I assure you that it is not. It cottage cheese dessert and nothing else. Is it only with a spoon, till it turns tender. And it includes a product with which we usually just drink tea.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Quince

    1 piece

  • Marshmallows

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    40 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

Beat the yolks with the milk foam. Add sugar, curd and whip. Mass the consistency should be like whipped cream. In the ingredients, where's the milk, I put + because its amount depends on the cheese. And if you need something add it more slowly to desired consistency. I sometimes take up to half a Cup of milk to achieve the desired state.

Quince and marshmallow finely chop and mix well with the curd mass. Marshmallow can be taken as a simple and chocolate.

Form grease with oil. ( Better to take high and narrow, as the mass is lifted first, but then heavily deposited.) To lay out the ground, leveled. Proteins vzbit with sugar until fluffy foam and pour it on the ground.

Bake at t=180 approximately 35-40 min. Cool and allow to stand in refrigerator for several hours. Can be fed.
