Cooking
Prepare the puff pastry. In a bowl pour water, add salt and add flour. Knead the dough, roll into a ball and leave it to cook for 20-30 minutes.
Symbolically then divide the dough into four pieces crosswise.
In the center put a billet of margarine. Margarine need to get out of the fridge so it was soft and add the 2 tsp of flour. To create margarine from the cake and put in center of rolled dough. Close edges of dough margarine and leave the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and fold in four. Leave the dough for another 10 minutes. Then again roll out the dough and fold in four. Such actions should be repeated 3 times.
The dough is ready. Roll out the dough about 5mm thickness. Cut dough rectangles. I got 24 pieces.
Put the rectangles on top of each other in three pieces. The first layer lubricates with water, the second lubricating water is not necessary. To after baking, the top layer can be removed.
Spread on a baking sheet, grease the top layer with beaten egg and put in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake until Golden brown. (I'm right almost missed a Golden color and pastries was almost brown-black *SCRATCH*)
Prepare the filling. Finely chop the crab sticks, squid, eggs. All mix and add mayonnaise.
Take the baked rectangular in shape, gently remove the top layer, the bottom layer spread the filling and cover with top layer. Bon appetit!!!
