Roast lamb with rosemary and garlic
Fragrant to madness!... While the meat is baked, the whole house is going crazy with these unimaginable smells ))) Meat is a delicious, slightly sour crust.

Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb

    2.5 kg

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    60 ml

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Across the surface of the lamb, make small incisions and stuff it with garlic.

Combine lemon juice and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Put the lamb in the form in which it will bake. Pour over the lemon juice with the oil and sprinkle with oregano.

Combine the rosemary and zest.

Put the lamb lightly pressing. Add salt, pepper. Drizzle with remaining oil.

Bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Prepared meat, cover with foil and leave for 10 minutes to "rest".
