Just want to say, no, it's not pancakes. Found this recipe in the magazine "Delicious" page even before the New year, but before cooking came only now. The pancakes turn out tender and tasty, and the filling was even better.

Cooking
So: in warm milk (take 1 tbsp.) to dissolve the sugar, salt, add egg yolks, flour and mix well.
Boil potatoes and make puree with the rest of the milk (0.5 PT). I did it all in a food processor. And add to potatoes our previous mass, knead well. Taste for salt. Put in a bowl, whisk in cool foam egg proteins and add to the potato dough.

Serve with sour cream. I ate even with the pork loin.
